i have registerd a domain with a reseller webhost (registra ) . The company isnt a big player in the indstry . But its affiliated to network solutions . (its shown as the registra in the whois ) my question is HOW will this effect to selling my domain ?

Using a reseller shouldn't affect sales much at all.

Not as much as that dead Link in your signature will.

its worthwhile looking at the popular domain name auction sites and see their customer base and partner networks. this can give you an idea of how much exposure your name will get.

I suppose that it will be much more reasonable to reg domain with accredited Registrars in the Future.
Some of the companies that are not accredited can play 'disappear' with your domains.

It will not affect the price of your domain. What is importanted is are you the owner of the domain name , do you have acces to the authcode or can you obtain it easilly .

And what SiberForum mentions is also importanted... Sometimes you get these resellers who buy market share and take a loss on the domain name and a year later *poof* Tho with Netsol i doubt that willbe an issue if you can proof your are the owner.
