Newbie Blogger to WP Conversion Question

Just wondering now that I have converted my blogger blog to WP what should I do now in regard to dealing with google and having the 2 blogs?

Does my blogger version automatically disappear after I transfer all my blogger posts to WP from blogger?

yes.

then your blogger version will be inaccessible (other than old caches) anyway and people should be redirected to your wordpress blog when they go to your domain.

thax for all the info. I am having a problem with this however as follows:

-I created a wp acct and transferred all post /comment from blogger to wp.

-Blogger was using both oledomains.blogger.com and my own regged domain oledevices.com

-Host acct opened

-Cpanel set up

-Now the problem is I was told by host to create my wp blog under cpanel which I did thats under the domain oledevices.com.

-However I already have a wp version made before I joined them under oledevices.wordpress.com.

-So now I made a basic wp blog under my cpanel acct under the domain I want to use for the final wp blog - oledevices.com

-Can I simply add in to my cpanel the wp blog I have created already under oledevices.wordpress.com and convert it to oldevices.com in cpanel ?

-Or do I have to amend the oledevices.com blog and add in all my data to that wp version?

-Basically how do I get the info I have on oledevices.wordpress.com onto oledevices.com the simple way?

I was going to use this how to link below for a step by step however its still beyond m y abilities as a webmaster/developer once I got to htaccess files part.

It seems like its a smart way to set up a wp blog so I wanted to have this done but I have not talent so I am looking for a developer.
