Hello everyone,

I've recently worked once again to develop a new website for my business. I took many options into consideration, but finally came upon the final design. I'd like to hear your thoughts, and possibly make some changes based on your opinions.

a) the overall design
b) the color scheme
c) the content
d) any specific points you'd like to make

You can view the site at http://www.zamblo.com/.

Much appreciated.

My Review of Zamblo.com

The Overall Design 5/10

It's a nice template with potenial just at the momment your not using it at it's full potenial and the it's a bit dull

The Color Scheme 4/10

As I said before quite dull I would reccommend using colormatch.dk and finding some nice colors that stand out but don't blind people.

The Content 6/10

I like how you have highlighted the important text and you have a lot of important information on your site although it would be good to see some images like of a server or something. You also may want to offer more packages instead of jsut a shared and a reseller or if not even the option for a custom package.

Overall

Just improve the color scheme and get some good pictures and you'll have your self a pretty awesome website.

I'd give this a 5/10 so far but for sure an 7,8 or 9/10 with the right color scheme and images

You also may want to offer more packages instead of just one shared and one reseller or if not even the option for a custom package.

I can really see the potenial in this site :$: lol

Good Luck!

i think the design is nice and the colors are ok, but you need another color in there to break up all the dull / darkness of the site

the logo is cool and the domain is interesting too, and i like the way the design is full screen

apart from changing the color scheme slightly and adjusting the nav menu to have a css block effect there's not much else i'd change

nice work :)

Hey guys,

I've updated the design once again. I'm looking to hear your thoughts.

Feel free to test the live chat for me while you are there :hehe:

Overall not bad, i like the colors, the intent of the site is clear, the content on the homepage is good as well.

One thing that i would consider a must to have on the homepage though is (cascading?) screenshots of sites that you have made and currently host.
Your efforts, visuals and customer testimonials are your business card, make use of your work, right now, you're presenting a client's statement (the cleaning service) rather having the client speak for you.
Present what you can do and take it further than to just a written explanation.

Other than that, i think the site looks good, with the enhancements, you'd bring more life and interactivity to the site.
The chat implementation is a great idea, BUT automatically creates the user's expectation that someone needs to be there to actually chat. If the chat is "closed" make sure you have an email tab there that looks just as "important" as the chat tab, so users understand that they should email you.
Also, if you place an email "button" make sure it does NOT default into outlook; many users are not setup to use outlook, rather route them to a web based email form.

It's nice but you need to add pictures and shift and move some of the text around so the pages aren't so long, I presonally prefer when everything fits on one page so I don't have to scroll down for ages

Nice logo btw :)

Something like on this page, but screenshots? - http://www.invisionpower.com/ (bottom-right)

I'll get a few client testimonials together. I'll make some improvements on the services page, any specific suggestions?

The chat automatically redirects visitors to an e-mail form that submits a ticket to our helpdesk. Right now, this isn't clear. It just says "Live Support Offline." Possibly change that to "Live Support Offline - Click to send e-mail" or something along those lines?

I really don't understand what you mean "fits on one page so I don't have to scroll down for ages." The pages aren't long at all, and on the main page you simply have to scroll down to see the copyright. In my opinion, seeing a page with everything on one page would leave me wanting more -- like it wasn't complete.
