if i am the webmaster, then i change the color and popup and use the popup onclick only...then i never waste my title with Welcome message...title are important for se's i will use "Free Flash Games and Arcades by FlashEvolve...colors are very dark no one can read anything there...

Nice concept. I think the content area is a bid too small in width, I would make it larger (there's a huge empty area on the right side of the page... you can add adsense there )

The pop-up thing is kind of annoying, other than that the site looks ok.

Dont know what popup thing people are talking about, since i have a popup blocker. But the site is really... plane, and dark. Try adding more colors. Also you should lower the amount of images on the page, it took awhile to load all of them even on high speed, and it's probably costing you a good amount of bandwidth.

HUGE site, tons of scrolling, i'd rather see content driven menus or drop downs to get to where i want to be, rather than having to scroll through your entire page.
Revamp the game categories into nav buttons rather than just text, it should help by finding games and emphasize that there are other ways to look for what i want to play.
Nice integration of the "Add site to:..." and the games played today is pretty sweet as well.
The backdrop is a bit boring, try to switch it up some and work with something that's visually subliminal (watermarks of different games) or otherwise entertaining but doesn't take away from your content.
