New Updated .CH and .LI UDRP Rules for Switzerland and Liechtenstein
(The updated Rules of Procedure will be effective as of January 1, 2020)
The Rules of procedure have been updated, so that the dispute resolution proceedings no longer require the parties to send hard copies of their pleadings and annexes. This update will result in a greater efficiency in the proceedings therefore reducing the costs for the parties as well as the environmental impact.
