Hello @Sinbad .. and welcome to NamePros!

I actually post a daily curated list of expiring domains going to auction, as well as a daily list of expired domains at closeout. You can find links to both in my signature as well as at NameCult.com. That being said .. I do suggest you start slow while you learn the basics .. it's very easy to get caught up and buy a lot of "almost but not quite good enough" domains. Although you're definitely on the right path looking to expired domains before hand-registrations.
