New forum?

I have always seen a lot of pure advertising for a website throughout the forums.
Some are masked as just wanting an appraisal, others masked as look at what I found.

So why not a new forum here?
One that is just for advertising your websites?

Of course, there has to be some rules.
Like keep the length of a post to so many words, etc.

Anyways, that is my brilliant idea for today.

That's what signatures are for :imho:

If someone advertises their site in their posts, they receive a warning pretty quickly and subsequent infractions will get them banned. The vast majority of people doing so have just joined to advertise their site, so they aren't adding any value to the forum. It won't stop them spamming over the board by having a section for them to spam into.
