New Domain Name For Webmasters.

Me and my friend just made a new Webmaster Forum, you get download tutorials, get information on php/css or whatever and chat about the websites, however we want to add advertisements on the site, for example google adsence. We need to share it 50:50 to each other but i don't have a bank, only paypal and google don't send through paypal, any ideas what to do?
