New appraisal scam?

Got a "buyer" for a domain, but he wants me to get an appraisal from ratingappraisal.com first. His whois shows the same owner for three connected sites. See my posting in the alerts/warning section.

It's not a new scam, it has been going on for a long time now!

All paid appraisal services are almost as good as scams IMO
