Network Solutions Certified Offer Service, experience anyone?

I've got an anonymous offer from Network Solution Certified Offer for one of my domain names, anybody had good/bad experience with this?

Any other place offer domain buy/sell services (besides SEDO)?

Do they actually manage the payment?

Yes, they manage the payment. I think they require the buyer to submit payment information before making the offer as well. They work as an escrow company for the transaction.
