I am from the Netherlands. Perhaps this name could work for (English speaking) expats searching for information before moving to the Netherlands. Undevelopped I think this name isn't worth more than low xxx.

In general I don't think an English name (other than a brandable, which this is not) will work in the Netherlands, the same with a Dutch name in the US/UK and so on.

Ask yourself why someone would want to buy this name from you, and for what purpose.
Actually, if I really wanted to set up a forum I could easily find another suitable domain, for example netherlandsforums.com (plural) is free to register.

For speculation purposes I wouldn't buy it for regfee, because there are so many names to choose from.

That argument could apply to all of the domain names though.

Of course, that's why selling domains is so difficult. End users have no incentive to buy from domainers if they have alternatives. If you own something that is special, outstanding, there is a chance somebody will want it. Average domains are more difficult to sell.

Yes and no ... in theory just about every domain is replacable .. but some much less or more than others. Also .. price point and other costs come into play as well. A good radio-tested, memorable and marketable non-bleeding domain can save companies a lot of money in the long term

Average domains are more difficult to sell.

I am Dutchman myself living in Dubai. I like the name
It can connect foreigners/expats who moved to the Netherlands with questions.
It can provide info about tourism etc. There a dozen of opportunities with the name.
It just depends who sees something in it. But it's not a bad name in my honest opinion
