I left appraisal threads years ago, for good reason. I'm only here now because I felt like it.
Appraisal threads are a dangerous place. Lots of bad things can occur. People may lie for various reasons, for instance. They are not a good place for one to be, but rather one should learn what is valuable and what is not elsewhere.
As I scanned the first few pages here, virtually all the domains I saw earlier were rubbish. Sad, but true. People hoping for a score.
Only a few stood out as good, the few I commented on, yours being one of them. The other domains you are showing, such as in your signature, are horrible (sorry).
When people see that someone has a really nice one but doesn't even know it, they may be inclined to not say anything. You obviously seem like someone who is not sure of what he has or doesn't know. If they don't say anything then maybe later they can get it from you too cheaply, for instance. But if people come in agreeing that it's worth good money that let's "the cat out of the bag."
You have the name of a well known country + "forum." It's worth at least $x,xxx to $xx,xxx. If nobody says anything and you look like someone who doesn't even realize how valuable a domain like that is, then maybe later they can convince you to sell it to them for low $xxx. It's a good domain. There are better, and countries which would cost more as "country" + "forum," but that one is still good and definitely more valuable than almost all or perhaps all of what I saw when I reviewed the first few pages hours ago.
Make sense? The appraisal section of a domain forum can be a "shark tank" with sharks waiting to feed. I would say definitely even in a "quick flip" bargain do not sell unless for a minimum of several thousand dollars, but with a good sale it should be worth up to $x,xxx to $xx,xxxx as I mentioned above. Unless they don't like using English in the Netherlands, in which case I would need to revise that opinion. They seem to like English just fine, however. And the related islands enhance the value.
