Generally .NET value is 10%-20% of .COM but also depends on end user, if you get right end user maybe you'll fetch more.

Over the last fe years .Nets rarely sell for more than low $xxx

I renew the best but am not looking to acquire more. The new TLDs have obliterated the aftermarket for anything other than short .COMs as the domainer to domainer market for other-than .COM domains has shrunk considerably.

Try typing in any keyword into Godaddy auctions and see how many options a potential buyer would have.

Very very few .net have sold in that range.
I don't think a domain investor would want to invest heavily in .net. I like them but still.

I have had one word .nets that would have 100% sold in the low $xxx,xxx range in the .com.

My highest sales on any of them so far was in the $2000 -$2500.

I love .nets, but be prepared for a bumpy ride on the resell road....
