One of my .NET domains (wwwforums.net) recieved 23 unique visits since May 1st. I didn't even put this domain in forums' signitures nor i've posted it anywhere (except when i tried to sell it once). Could those visits be type-ins? or maybe bots or whatever else? :|

Certainly could be bots, could be type-ins, or could be traffic from when the domain was around before you registered it (Previously registered and dropped, check archive.org).

Bots can go anywhere as far as I know, except those man-killing kinds, that can only stay above ground while Zion flourishes near the center of the earth ;) (Minus those that are blocked by the robots.txt file)
Chances are that if you goolged your domain name you'd see it on a "recently registered" list somewhere, letting robots get a crack at 'em.

Bots can index anything that isn't excluded in a robots.txt file.
