Well i dont know how much you paid for the above domain but it is pretty much reg fee to me and really doesnt have anything value, or any that i can think of. An org extensions and hypenated domain doesnt get much and would fetch zilch if the keywords are not impressive

I dont see any good value in it because of the hypen and extension so i'd say it's worth reg fee.
