My guess is that with Indian WhoIs then the 15% Service Tax you have to collect is enforced so that is the reason you have to be restricted, is that correct? Tax man always wanting more : grin :

No this is not a reason.

It is different which we can't disclose on here.

Also you no need to pay service tax if you are ordering from OutSide India, Indian WHOIS won't force you to pay Service Tax.

Service Tax applicable only who wants Invoice to Indian Address.
