What makes these domain names worth something. I already know one word domains and etc.. but what if ever other tld is gone but the .net or .org

These domains are getting popular as times go by due to the less amount of .coms being available. These are great for type-ins if the other names are registered to a pretty populated site.

Well hosting is a business and .net doesnt go well with it
There are exceptions like www.ev1servers.net but I heard lately that they get more than 25% .com type-ins even when they have a .net primary domain

I like .org name more than .net names,of course not include asp.net.
