Whats worth more? .net or .org

looking for opinions on .net or .org domain names. I am thinking of setting up a health website, but also just overall in general what you think is better, more popular.
I asked one of the guys here about .net and he said .what
never heard of .net
I am always looking at dnjournal sales and seems about even to me. There are more .net reg'd than .org

I always prefer .com domain because they have good value in seo and quick flipping in search engines.
