A few of my friends and I have recently started work on a new up coming General Web Design Site. Production of the site is underway and our estimated launch is in 2 weeks. We are now looking for Professional Web Designers, Valid XHTML coders, IPB/vB skinners, and PHP coders to work for us. You will be paid according to the work you put in. So if you design a web template and someone else codes it, you will make 50% of the profits from that template and the coder will make the other 50%. PHP developers will be paid according to the size of the job they are doing. Skinners are paid according to the work they do on a skin as well. If you design a skin, and help code it along with someone else you will receive 75% of profits from that skin.
