Needed: Web Designer

Greetings! I need a designer for a site very similar but with a better layout (EXAMPLE:Iranian.com)

The site url is: Iranianhub.com. I would like to include a forum, chat, news, arts, music, global map showing users. The layout would be set up to include advertisements, and adsense without looking cluttered. I would like to use Joomla, since there is already content management in place, and one does not have to start from scratch.

I considered outsourcing this job to cut costs, but thought I would see if there were any Namepros members who would like to do this job. By this I mean individuals not companies or teams of designers. I will contribute from my end the actual content and basic guidelines. (My previous job was content development and management for a web designer)


If the job goes well there will be a stream of work!
