i purchased one expired domain from expireddomains.net and i need your reviews and suggestion about it. how i can use and manage it in nice way.

my domain have PR 2(Page rank is 2) and its verified page rank, as i checked this with different tools but amazing this is that for this domain, it have just 1 backlink and it have PR 2

1. is my Domain's PR is valid ? (according to tools its valid)
2. if it is valid PR then how i can improve and maintain PR ?(i have plan to get more good backlinks then this PR will stay stable)

As long as the tools are currently saying that it is a PR2 then it should be valid but since it only has 1 backlink you will have to start working on the site to maintain and even improve your PR.

Exactly, focus on building backlinks to it. Also focus on creating content. You need to ask yourself what this domain will be about and what you want to do with it.

3. how i can get benefits from this domain?

The only way to benefit from this domain is to create something in it. Think of how you can use it. Do you want to make a blog? Do you want to build a brand? Do you want to sell products on it? It is up to you but just jot down ideas and read up in this forum on different ways you can monetize a domain. Or it is a good domain you can try to sell it for a profit.
