Hi all,

I am newbie here and I have just bought some domain names at Godaddy.com
They also gave me for free web hosting for each domain name but if I use those free ones, their advertisements will be displaced on my site. And if I use my Google adsense, my ads are not relevant to my site's content.

I was recommended to Namepros and I hope that you can help me find out any company which allows me to park my domain name without their ads. Is it possible?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Albert

Hello Albert,

Reading your post, I think you have confused domain parking with publishing your own website on which you have Google Adsense ads, using your own Adsense account. With domain parking, on which you receive a percentage of a PPC (Pay Per Click) ad, you do not need your own Adsense account. The only way you can even apply for your own Adsense account is to publish an original website with content (and then apply to Google).

With domain parking, you register with a specific parking company, point your domains there (DNS change or URL forward) and they provide the ads through their Google or Yahoo feeds. You then get a percentage of the click ad revenue. As your domains are regged with Godaddy, you could simply sign-up for the GoDaddy Cash Parking program. However, GoDaddy does charge a yearly fee for their parking program. I'm not aware of any other parking programs which charge a fee. Again, with only a few domains (you don't say how many) you may not be accepted into some of the other parking programs.

You probably should do some research before going much further. The excellent online magazine DomainNameJournal (dnjournal.com) has started a new website aimed at domain newbies; NameNewbie, www.namenewbie.com

Good luck, CanBrit
