NEED Webmaster : 10+ hrs/wk : Long-Term : Paying Hourly

I need a highly skilled and dependable webmaster to manage a few of my sites on an ongoing basis. I expect to need around 10+ hours per week and I am willing to pay hourly for the right person. Here is what I need done:

1. Create relevant content & SEO optimize w/ keywords (will give large bonus for 1st page Google results)
2. Improve page design, ad layout, CTR, images, etc
3. Link building, directory submissions, social networking, forum promotion, etc
4. PHP/MYSQL development
5. Create ads, banners, logos, etc
6. Forum administration & monitoring
7. Niche site development
8. Etc (basically whatever needs to be done)
