I need a programmer who is willing to work on a long term project with me or potentially form a partnership with me. Programmer has to be completely fluent in PHP and related languages. The job entails providing RSS alerts through SMS, instant message, or email. Also needs to be able to program bot to scour RSS feeds. There might be some more details. Willing to pay xxxx. Programmer MUST have iTrader here of at least 5.
