Need TRAFFIC advice for my new website

My site is now LIVE: Wilmington Hotels (dot) net and I have integrated IAN's booking system. Just trying to figure out how to get some traffic now that the site is LIVE and half finished. Started an adwords campaign 2 days ago with $150 monthly budget (0.20 cents/click) but no impressions thus far. I must be doing something wrong?

Also any idea what I can do to promote my site? There are over 130,000 EXACT searches for "Wilmington Hotels" each month so I must be able to ZERO in on those searches and monetize somehow..

Please advise.

If you're bidding on the obvious ("Wilmington Hotels"), I don't see your ad in the search results at all. Check your account - your minimum bid for your keyword(s) may have been raised or there may be some other error/warning as to why it's not being displayed.

Health meter says (same as when I started campaign 48hrs ago): Your account is now active and should show ad impressions soon. SHOWING IN: United States
Initial test budget = $150/mo + $0,50/click. Used all the right keywords. Don't understand why the ads not showing..... A real shame.

Solution has been found. Campaign is going well, over 45,000 impressions to date. Content is being added almost every hour to both travel sites.
What are the best methods to promoting sites? Is article submission to directory/travel sites a good idea?
