i Need to open an online radio station for free and i just want to start it from my Home i got lots of music i playedf i need play them on a radio station of mine only and for free
please can u give me how to get started

Well i've heard of something called ShoutCast which is designed for exactly that .
That's all I can tell you though lol. I have never used it, but at least thats a start for you!

Im actually starting my own. but you need to have lisence to play copyright music hence we are unsigned techno trance house DJ station.

Well, some tips:

Use correct Grammar, half of what you said doesn't even make sense.

Have you thought about who's going to be playing music at 4 A.M.? You will probably also need a permit to be able to do that.

Right, you need shoutcast and get shoutcast hosting preferably (get a wallet!)
Then you can have a decent listener amount and stream.

Then, if you are playing music be prepared to a lot of red tape and to purchase a license, not a cheap piece of kit.

if he opened a station for free and was playing mainstream music then h ewas not legitimate and could face huge damage costs. To broadcast copyrighted material on the internet (or any other type of radio) you need a licence.

If you are determined to do it free then I suggest you look at how to install a shoutcast server also if you get a decent amount of listeners you may need to look at increasing your outgoing bandwidth (you need bit ratex amount of listeners, so if your mp3's are 64kbps you will need a connection with 640 kbps outgoing speed). If you do go this route be ready to be contacted by the RIAA or some similar organisation.

To be honest mate, help your self and grab some cash.

If your playing copyrighted material, lots of cash
If you just want the server to stream stuff, look at a good few dollars a month.

If not, well who knows.

Guys am dont have much ionfo aboutr that but i dont know i had a friend who did it all for free he just have to choose the music and make ads and such stuff i am searching for a service like that or similar to it
