Online radio station

I am thinking to develop an online radio station in the near future.

Does anybody know any script, website or program, which is free (or at least cheap) and easy to use?

If you already have an online radio station out there in the net please send me your link so I can check it out.

I would appreciate any advice or opinion about this topic.
