Hi All,
For those that do not know, currently if you have an eNom account you can login to any PDQ site (eNom white label reseller website) with that account.
So, essentially, if you entice a new customer to your PDQ site via the prices and services, they can later switch to using another resellers PDQ site to purchase services from them.
What if that were to change? If customers could only use their account login on their own, or their parent reseller's PDQ sites?
Good? Bad? Concerns?
Issues to think about... do you currently have customers using your PDQ site that created their accounts elsewhere? What if a reseller offends their customers (i.e. raising prices, discontinuing support services, calls them bad names, etc.)?
I need your feedback on the idea.
