If parked at sedo I would set my minimum offer at say $750 or $1,000 and tell the buyer to go ahead and submit offer through SEDO, if his offer reaches your minimum asking price you can counter offer but still have a week to accept his origanal offer.

I would go for mid-$$$. I think the name is worth between low- and mid-$$$ but the buyer will probably make a lower counteroffer so try to raise the bar a little. Good luck.
