Need suggestion for program to track SEO / PageRank Stuff

I created a MS Excel file to track my websites PageRank for 50+ different keywords and keyword phrases. But every week, I spend 2 hours searching Google and Yahoo to see where I stand for each keyword phrase and adding it to my file. It is very effective, but takes forever.

I assume there is a program that will do this for you. Anyone have any good suggestions for me?

seobook has a Free firefox add on

It is pretty accurate for rankings and you can export results to csv. There is no pagerank function, but it is not really an important factor.
