Need some Tips on promoting a forum

Hi,
Would appreciate if you could give some tips on promoting a web hosting forum.
I have ads running in google adsense. And also started submitting the url in directory/search engines.

Have about 20 members and 125 posts (paid ones) to start up.

What else can I work on?

you must need to use real advertising and you should use same paid posters for some time untill you find real posters

paid posters is not a bad idea, but how long one can do it ?
