If you are looking for that much space and bandwidth, you are going to need a dedicated server. This is going to run you alot more than 20/month.

Every reseller/shared and even a VPS has a limit on CPU usage. Thats possible only with a dedicated.

I'm afraid any host that "says" they will allow you unlimited cpu usage in a shared, reseller or vps enviroment is lying to you.

Again, Your only option is to purchase a dedicated server.
