Need some software help

I've searched all lover the place but can't find any software like this so if you could help it'd be great. I need it to be freeware if anything. What I need is software or a php script that let's you put live audio onto websites and let's you play mp3s, and talk to people online. Like you could click listen live and our conversation would broadcast live, it's a bit hard to explain what I need exactly, so if you could please help me search for this it'd be great. I'm in dier need of some kind of program like this thats freeware.

About Live talk you will need more libraries to support the conversation.

As far as single way is concerned it is easy to implement.

For that you might want to use Flash messengers or Java based
