Need some ideas for OOW (.) net "Out of Work"

So i came up with a pretty broad idea for OOW .net - it will be a site designed for people that are "Out of Work" either unemployed or unable to work. The only problem is i dont know what to put on the site - blog? games? resources? job postings? forum? or everything?

not sure and would like some feedback please. where can i find free java games to add to a site?

Out of work? You could use it as a networking site to connect out of work individuals with webmasters looking to outsource tedious tasks like linkbuilding, article marketing, etc., just an idea.

Isn't Out Of Work is referring more to a disability rather than people without work? Though making a game site to invite people without work seems like adding pepper into the spice. Maybe making a fiver clone is a good idea for the domain instead? I know there are some scripts selling out there.

I'd go with resources for any benefits, calculators, links to job sites etc.
