I am going to have a small niche site built possibly on chemistry the package comes with keyword rich content, basic seo, and social marketing. here is what I need...

I do not anticipate getting too much traffic so I am looking for flat monthly fee advertising.

I am going try to use matched.co.uk and if possible textadnetwork.com

I am not looking for affileate, ppc or cpm ad sites

I need flat fee advertisers that are not solely traffic based.

chemistry? what exactly do you mean by that? chemistry, the science? so you plan on doing an informative-academic site?

you will have a hard time finding major companies that offer set rates, without factoring in traffic or clicks. after all, if you were an advertising company, you'd want to know what you were paying for.

maybe you should resort to private-custom endorsements?

yes an informative site with a few articals on the very very basics of chemistry.
