Αll trademarked. Delete them. Additionally, check jeeptracks.com and instantescrow.com for the same issue. On the other side, i like lockeddoors.com, hauntus.com and some other.

The term Escrow is free to use. So InstantEscrow.com is by far the best name there. Infact...I honestly think you could get good money for it. Mostly everything else you have is either a TM or a hard sell. Instant Escrow....thats a great name imho.

Hi Kite26,

With the Mazda sites, I was going to use them as an unofficial informational resource, not intention of trying to sell to Mazda for huge profit... (I drive a Mazda6) - Does that purpose still violate Trademark? Also what about dealerships that use the word "Mazda" in their website? ex. CherryVallyMazda(.com)" How are they able avoid Trademark infringement? Also, when I purchased these sites, they where already expired, I would have figured Mazda would have picked them up once expired. I didn't include them, but I would assume that MazdaFinancing, MazdaModels, MazdaAustralia, MazdaKe, MazdaServiceCenter and MazdaPartsCatalog (all TLD .com) would also fall under the Trademark issue?

For the other sites you like, would you be able to provide a dollar value opinion? Also what are your thoughts on Estibot, Valuate, DomainIndex for appraisals? I know many site are only worth what someone is willing to pay...

Thank you so much for your help, I really do appreciate it.

As for Mazda sites, you know there is potential problem with TMs, everybody see there is a potential problem with TMs..so what else is needed? Once there will be sudden and very expensive letter from aggressive attorney, then it will be finally confirmed? :) Unless you have lot of money and actually enjoy few years of legal troubles (I know few people like that, though), I would advise to delete these names and simply forget about them.

From the other names, I really like InstantEscrow.com - this is amazing name, suitable for big online business - it can fetch 10-20k easily imo, and pool of end users is pretty big for this one. Good luck with it!

Then why are you asking for an appraisal if you're the end user ?
Any domain can be developed, but these names have no resale value as-is.
You have too many TM domains - in a UDRP the fact would be used against you to establish a "pattern of bad faith".

InstantEscrow.com is probably the best domain, pretty much everything should be dropped imo.
The problem is that you are addressing a limited pool of potential end users.

I see your point on the valuation questions for Mazda, I just wanted to get a roundabout figure... Anyway I am working on dropping off the names to avoid any conflict.

Also, can I can an opinion if I should just try to sell off InstantEscrow.com or develop into a functional site?

I really appreciate everyone's comments and opinions.

Thank you - Michael

Any thoughts on value for the below as well?

BitWebspace.com
Justice.red
Bell.red
CasinoGamingRules.com
CancerOne.com

Don't ask any of these people for legal guidance, there are factors at play that are way beyond their realm of knowledge. If you wish to explore any of the potentially infringing domain names simply contact a local IPL specialist and ask a couple of questions, it's that simple and a great start....not here.

A few of your other domains have development potential, as the purchaser of these domains you had the ideas fresh in mind at the time of purchase, what does your research, logic and common sense tell you about the domains listed? I see a couple with potential, but it also depends on what you meant by development. (y)
