Need some help and advice please...

I've been wrecking my brain about what name to pick for a
car related forum, adsense and other business related links included.
Logically, a "<make of car+labs or forum, etc.>.com" domain name would apply. However, the question is, with a board that also is linking to aftermarket parts, DIY help, etc.; i wonder how many Trademark Issues, etc. i'd create.

What do you guys think?

forum, chat, talk, garage ... there s a lot of choices available

While there is always a risk, there are several sites that have had no problems (that I know of) while doing this sort of thing. RX7Club.com for example. You might try contacting someone who owns a site like that and asking if they have had any problems with trademarks. There is no real alternative to industry experience, IMO.
