Need Some Color Help

Hey

I am in the process of attempting to make a website for my domain, I am almost done but need some help with the colours. Ive attached a screen shot of it. Please let me know what you think, and where i can improve and what I can change.

Hey,

Well, it looks good. I like the banner but the overall layout looks a little TOO blue. I would use white or a very light shade of gray for the content areas.

The layout is clean but colors are hard on eyes .. make it green and light green it may look very very very better !!

Dont make gradient in the background !!!!!!... make it preety clean or white or after exporting the layout change the background through html .. it may look very more better !!!

The grey looks great, but I am having some trouble with finding a good colour for the green.

Could you suggest a lgiht green colour that I could use

I'm not sure if it's the use of colors, the borders or what else it could be - but something just doesn't look right to me. The layout itself is great, maybe it's just a little too dark all together. You should check out visualdesigner.net for some inspiration

I am in the process of putting some chrome style text on the silver layout then I will attach the image here

I finished the blue layout and added a lava style text to the front it is attached here

Hey

Nice rounded layout. Where is the welcome note? The page opens onto "related links" also as it is a picture in present form it would be good to (when you are converting ot valid XHTML) to keep the site flexible. Your copyright goes to 2006... Im not sure you can do that.

Once you have put texty on and have a test page running then it would be easier to comment on your design.
