Some ideas...but I'm not sure if they'll increase sales, but they might help polish your site a bit.
--get rid of the bouncy balls that follow the mouse
--in the body of the page, use a white background -- the text is easier to read, and the products in images will stand out a lot more since they're on a white bg as well
--some of the product images are a bit pixelated (like you stretched out smaller pictures to make bigger ones). If you have higher quality photos, it'd be better.
--consistancy from page to page is important - your nav changes from section to section (little changes to highlights, etc. is do-able, just huge transitions are distracting and you don't want people looking at your navigation as much as you want them looking at your products)
--I like how on some products, you've got a little "story". Stories sell. People fall in love with a product because of the story behind the product. Maybe if you put a nice little story at the top of each section, about that particular section, it might help get people excited. Just 1 paragraph and maybe a small illustration to go along with it. But when I say "Story" I don't mean Jack and the Beanstalk. I mean, something emotional about the product. Such as with your Jewellery and gems section you could say:
"What a wonderful and exciting gift for your beloved. She will enjoy the beauty it brings her life and you'll be thrilled at the love she shows you in return. For such a small investment, you can bring happiness and joy to your lives..."
Cheesy, but makes people all gushy

Oh, and you'll notice I worked it based on the demographic of your visitors -- assuming that your visitors are guys buying gifts for their girls. If that's wrong (and you get more girls buying for themselves, or whatever) taylor the story to match the demographic. Make them feel good.
