Need some advice before buying

First off, I'm a newbie when it comes to domain investing. I've been building websites for the last 4-5 years but am just learning the ropes on domains....

I want to purchase a domain that looks very nice to me but need some advice. The domain is a simple 2 word domain like ForExample.biz, the com, net, org, and info are all registered and parked. When I did a trademark search it comes up as "For Example Inc." but says that the name is dead or abandoned. Other than that company I see no other trademark issues.

My question is what would you do in this situation? Would you purchase the domain?

As far as I know .biz is pretty much a generic tld but like I said, I'm a newbie.

if its dead or abandoned, imo i would reg it.

but to play safe, dont park it right away, reg it see if anything comes your way, and have a developement plan in place.

i think if it's abandoned it can be reapplied again guess the question is who's first in reviving it?
