Need Site Developed!

Okie dokie.

We need a site developed. Simple enough. Niche Market - people must be able to sign up and login. They can search using several criteria (location, item, price, ect) and they will conduct the transaction outside the site (easy enuff!). There will be Addsense on the site as well as spots for banner advertising. Site needs to be nice looking but with an emphasis on functionality over aestics.

Thanks all who responded. Please respond with a QUOTE! I asked for bids, not emails offering to do the work. Bottom line is whoever is willing to do the quality work for less will get the project.
