Need review on BlueHost

Hello NamePros members.

I am planning to buy a hosting plan at BlueHost for 36 months. When i googled to checkout the reviews on bluehost, majority of them were Negative.

So, anyone who had any kind of experience with Bluehost, please help me out, by writing your review and suggestion.

I've used their twin company, Hostmonster (you may want to look for reviews on them as well).

I'd say they were decent for the money. The server is a tad slow, but you could definitely find slower. Then again, you could find faster too.

I have used them in the past.

They are noted for changing their TOS without notice. For example they had no limit on inodes for years. One day they placed a 50,000 inode limit on all existing clients. Now they demand clients either comply with the 50,000 inode limit or they will ask you to leave.

I experienced an excessive amount of downtime on the three different servers I had while using Bluehost. From my personal experience they did not provide a reliable hosting environment. I do not recommend them.

I have had many clients switch from them because of there abnormal TOS as well as slow servers.

I think that is not recommended at all to pay for the web hosting services in advance. Even more you are going to tie yorself with them for 3 years!

I used HostGator for my 2 sites. I had not any problem with it. I am satisfied their services.
But I don’t know about Bluehost Negative Reviews Because I didn't try before.

Bluehost is actually pretty decent. Great support and good pricing.

thankyou guys for your reviews. I finally registered at bluehost, till now everything is goin on quite well. I will update you with any of my personal experience.

I used bebohost for my 8 sites. I had not any problem with it.
