Its really cool. Two things noticed:

Had to look at the domain in IE bar to know its: RegAStar.com and did not figure it out from the first look at the logo.

The header background is white. Did you try using other colors and see how it would look ? It looks good with white but I had to ask

Anyway, it is a pro logo
