I think http://www.datanumen.com/webdesign/sample06.1.jpg - header and menu look good here and to me it looks the most professional of all four revisions. They have pink on some of the other versions - I wouldn't use that color for this kind of website Make sure they make the letters on the header look sharp.

My second choice would be http://www.datanumen.com/webdesign/sample07.1.jpg
