I'm curious but was the negative rating necessary? It isn't like he signed a contract agreeing to buy a name or something.

We don't deal with paper here HBK....Your agreement to buy is your contract here....It is how business is done on the forums......I see you have a 24 TR so I would hope you would appreciate this...

And 9 days with no response when the buyer has been online is not acceptable.

If problems arise the worst thing you can do is hang the other person out to dry....communication is a must.

I understand & see your point. I was curious as to what happened between the two. I would think it had to have been major for a negative trading rating to be left. Sorry to hear a sale was lost.

An offer was made and accepted the very same day, I tried to reach the buyer here via PM days after and then contacted him directly via email, no responce, to make things worse he has been online since.

If this isnt worth awarding someone a negative trader rating then what is... as far as I'm concerned he acted unprofessionally and showed no courtesy.

I've received offers in the past to later have the buyer turn around and say " nah, I dont want the name anymore " I never left them negative feedback even though this isnt very professional, at least they had the courtsy to get back to me.

So do tell... to what extreme does someone have to go to warrent a negative trader rating, blindly steal your domain/money...
