I require a test period for those users paypal has to wait 5 days or how ever long it takes to clear for me to make sure its legit paypal and that I dont get any problems so for members with no rating or that just joined and their first post is on here If you need exchanges I need to do a verification period you send paypal for one time let it clear 5 to 8 days how every long it takes to make sure its no fraud paypal and then we can do exchanges. hi I'm sorry I would have to verify your account you are just to new few different ways send the paypal and I will hold it about 5 to 10 days to make sure paypal doesn't say its fraud illegal or hacked accout

or you could give me address and phone # on paypal andi could verify that way maybe send a letter and you just tell me what's on the letter
