Requirements:
-Storing and rechrieving data from databases
-Simple signup/logins
-Rating system
>> user fills out form with their "content"
>> people rate the "content"
>> when viewed, the average rating and score is shown
-All different types of content are displayed in their own page (data displayed in simple tables)
-Users can choose how they want to search/sort the data.
So this is a fairly simple concept, anybody who is experienced with PHP would find this a breeze I'm sure. Wouldn't take that much time, but my budget isn't too high so don't message me with crazy offers implying I'm going to be paying you $50 an hour if you it only takes you 2 hours to do. I have been given offers for over $50-100 which I thought was fairly expensive, but I guess I'll see what most people expect.
