Need programmer to fix PHP/MYSQL site

I have a site that I bought a while back and for whatever reason, the version of PHP/MYSQL it was writtin in didnt quite jive with the version running on my webhost.
A lot of the functions didnt work, and while I was able to fix a lot, some I never got around to.
The problems were small things, like table indexs needing to be changed to match the tables, etc. Debugging things that should be very easy for a coder to correct.
