Refference- The EU is coming out with a high tech equivalent of american greencard, to draw mainly high tech workers from India and Africa. Most of the plain bluecard names were gone long ago, I regged these for an american immigration plan that went down the toilet, I still have some much better blue card names but might let these drop if they dont make sense to you guys.
