Need Newsletter Script and VB Forum Skin

Hey everyone GameTalkLive is looking for someone to create a newsletter script for my radio show GameTalkLive at GameTalkLive.com. I just need something that would be simple HTML or something easy to just send out to our users. I am also looking to switch my boards away from PHPBB and to a different forums, probably VB and get it skinned as well.
